Lets be real. Life is sometimes so busy that the last thing you have time for in the mornings is cooking. Trust me, we’ve all been there. Honestly, me probably more then I’d like to admit. Hellooooo, early morning workdays 🙋🏼

That’s where this yogurt bowl comes in. Obviously, this doesn’t take a genius to create. Anyone can put a yogurt bowl together, but sometimes you just need a little inspiration in the mornings.

Ingredients in this yogurt bowl

Plain Greek Yogurt – you can use whatever yogurt is your favorite, but I went with a generic brand for cost effectiveness and plain so that I could use it for other recipes later.

Peaches – can’t have a peach yogurt bowl without the peaches!

Blueberry’s & Raspberry’s – see above 👆🏼

Granola – I chose this brand. It’s gluten free and delicious! But you can use your preferred granola of choice.

Chia Seeds – I’ve just recently gotten on the chia seed band wagon. I don’t know why it took me so long. There are so many benefits!

Honey

Plenty of Peaches Yogurt Bowl

Super simple and delicious basic, yogurt bowl recipe that will have you feeling healthy and refreshed!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 4 slices fresh peaches
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • Handful of granola
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds
  • Drizzle of honey

Instructions

  • For optimal flavor, prepare your bowl as follows: yogurt, peaches, blueberries, granola, raspberries, chia seeds. Top with a drizzle of honey throughout.
